Our system allows you to:

• Continue to use your core system while running a report instead of having to exit a report to locate information in the system, rerunning the report and bringing the report back up.
• Take full advantage of having the power of two monitors on your system – one for your core dispensing/billing system and the other for the Rock-Pond Information Center.
• Use your reports to access your production system data or an unlimited number of other instances of this data (month end backups, reporting databases, databases from acquired companies, etc.).
• Run unlimited reports simultaneously, even the same report with different criteria.
• Feel confident the reports from our Information Center balance with your core system’s reports.
• Enforce site security settings in your core system based on the Windows login of the person running the reports. This will prevent someone without access to all sites from using external reporting systems to access data from all sites.
• Restrict the reports a person can run to only those they are authorized to run.
• Organize your reports in “views” that match the reports you need for specific functions (month-end, morning reports, management review, etc.). This eliminates having to navigate through menus and submenus to locate a report.
