System / Software Requirements
The Rock-Pond Developer Studio is extremely lightweight and is built using Microsoft .NET technologies. The following are the basic requirements for the installation:
- Microsoft Windows XP or later, or Windows Server 2000 or later
- Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework
- Rock-Pond Information Center 2.0
- Rock-Pond Connect 2.0
Network Requirements
The Rock-Pond Developer Studio is an Internet driven application. As you document and deploy reports, connections are made to Rock-Pond’s version control and database systems. The requirements for the Rock-Pond Developer Studio are the same as the requirements for the Rock-Pond Information Center, so if you’ve already got the information center up and running, you should be good to go. Hardware Requirements
There are no specific hardware requirements for the use of the Rock-Pond Developer Studio. The installation requires less than 50MB of disk space and operates under very low memory requirements. A modern desktop workstation or server will allow the Rock-Pond Developer Studio to operate normally.
The Rock-Pond Developer Studio is a 32 bit application and will operate on both 32 & 64 bit workstations and servers.
