System Requirements
Rock-Pond Information Center has been developed with proven, current technologies that deliver powerful features while meeting the security and systems management requirements health care providers must have.

Network Requirements
Rock-Pond Connect and Rock-Pond Information Center are Internet driven applications. Certain connections are made to Rock-Pond’s servers to retrieve report templates and information, settings, update files, and web based content. The following chart outlines the default network requirements for Rock-Pond Connect and Rock-Pond Information Center. *** Please note that all connections are outbound.
Hardware Requirements
There are no specific hardware requirements for the use of Rock-Pond Information Center. The installation requires less than 200MB of disk space and operates under very low memory requirements. A modern desktop workstation or server will allow the Rock-Pond Information Center to operate normally.
Under some conditions, such as when running reports, the application may utilize additional memory, depending on the amount of data retrieved by the reports and analysis functions.
Both Rock-Pond Connect and Rock-Pond Information Center are 32 bit applications and will operate on both 32 & 64 bit workstations and servers.
