Custom Reporting & Software Interface

Rock-Pond can address user-specific reporting needs through our custom report development.  We will evaluate the requirements and submit a proposal to give you a general idea of cost.  We can also evaluate your other software systems to determine if integration possibilities exist (i.e., GL interface).

Crystal Reports Training

In some cases, providers have IT staff they want to train to develop their own internal reports.  Rock-Pond Solutions can provide a three-phase training class that will cover Crystal Reports fundamentals, software data structures and hands-on development assistance.  This is a good option if a company wants to do a significant amount of report development and they have an IT Staff that understands SQL Server as well as the time to dedicate to the project.
