Founder and president, Pete has worked with health care technology for 31 years and in the home infusion industry for 24 years. He provides the leadership and direction for Rock-Pond’s products, partnerships and a broad range of services for our customers. Matt is the “technical genius” behind Rock-Pond products and infrastructure. Matt leads all aspects of our technology platform and product development life cycle. In addition, he is responsible for Rock-Pond’s system integration and technical services provided to our customers.
Brandon Carpenter
Rock-Pond Reports Product Manager Lead Developer brandon@rock-pond.com (501) 232-4361 Brandon is the “get the job done” Product Manager for our flagship product, Rock-Pond Reports. In this role, he assists with the development of reports, heads up all quality control requirements, works with customers to get them the information they need. Brandon also manages the product specialists who provide implementation, training and support for our customers.
Brooke is our “superb” Product Specialist. Rock-Pond customers constantly commend her for “going the extra mile” in customer service. She provides implementation, training, and customer support for Rock-Pond products. Lynn handles all financial activities for Rock-Pond Solutions, including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Fred is our “head down, focused” reports developer and problem solver. As part of our team of developers, he works to bring meaning to data through our Rock-Pond Reports product and solve technical data problems so the people who need information can get it easily and accurately. Leah, our “communication geek,” contributes to the success of Rock-Pond by providing sales support, implementing marketing campaigns, and executing communication tasks including management of the website. Jon works on a variety of tasks in support of Rock-Pond Reports. In addition to report development and modification, he works directly with customers in the application implementation process. Jeff, another Rock-Pond developer, masters the data structures of all of the systems used by our customers. He develops and deploys reports, as well as, helping our customers understand and utilize them.
