First there was CONSULTING: Rock-Pond Solutions began as a consulting company, providing a broad range of business based services to home infusion providers. We help people get ready for accreditation, solve difficult reimbursement problems, increase the utilization of their software system, comply with drug manufacturer data reporting requirements and streamline the month end process, to name just a few areas we’ve worked in. We continue to provide a broad range of services.

Then there were REPORTS: As we provided consulting services, we repeatedly relied on our knowledge of the data structures of the home infusion software products to mine valuable data to deliver valuable information. In 2003, we decided to make the reports we develop available to anyone, regardless of whether they were a consulting customer, through a monthly subscription to our Rock-Pond Reports product.

And now there are SOLUTIONS: Solutions are a combination of information, process, people and data definitions and guidelines, working together to deliver a result. At Rock-Pond Solutions, we realize that it takes more than information to solve a problem. We can deliver almost any information out of your software, but that does not mean your problems will all be solved. Solutions are a fixed fee engagement designed to solve a specific problem that home infusion providers face.
